退款政策说明 | Refund Policy
所有商品一经成功付款,概不退款。
线上订单仅提供符合条件之售后更换服务(After-Sales Exchange)
All products are non-refundable once payment is successfully completed.
Online orders are eligible for after-sales exchange only, subject to eligibility.
售后期限说明 | After-Sales Period
* 售后服务仅限于购买日起 6 个月内提出申请。
* 顾客须在期限内,提交完整售后所需资料,方可受理。
* After-sales service is available within six (6) months from the purchase date.
* Requests submitted after the stated period will not be accepted.
线上售后申请所需资料 | Required Documents for Online After-Sales
顾客须提供以下完整资料以进行售后申请:
1. 订单编号 / 购买记录截图
2. 美瞳照片
📌 若缺少以上任一资料,本平台有权拒绝售后申请。
Customers must provide the following complete information:
1. Order number / proof of purchase
2. Contact lens product
3. Original contact lens box / packaging
📌 Failure to provide any of the above may result in rejection of the after-sales request.
售后次数限制 | After-Sales Limit Per Order
* 每一笔订单仅限一次(1 次)售后服务。一旦售后完成(无论更换数量或款式),该订单将视为已完成售后处理,不可再次申请任何售后。
📌 本规定适用于所有线上售后情形。
Each order is entitled to one (1) after-sales service only.
Once after-sales service is completed (regardless of quantity or product exchanged),
the order will be deemed fully utilized and not eligible for further claims.
可受理售后范围(仅限产品质量问题)
Eligible After-Sales Cases (Product Quality Issues Only)
售后服务仅限于产品质量问题,包括但不限于:
1. 产品本身存在制造或质量缺陷
(如:破损、裂痕、明显瑕疵、未使用即损坏)
2. 产品已过期或经核实不符合正常销售标准
📌 所有售后商品需寄回指定地址,并经仓库 / 品牌方核实后处理。

2. Manufacturing or product defects
(e.g. cracks, breakage, visible defects, unused but damaged items)
3. Expired products or products confirmed to be unfit for sale
📌 All after-sales items must be returned for verification by the warehouse and/or brand representatives.

Non-Eligible After-Sales Cases & Special Notes
以下情况原则上不提供任何售后服务:
1. 因个人喜好或主观因素
(如:不喜欢颜色、效果不如预期、与展示图存在视觉差异等)
2. 因个人配戴体验
(如:干涩、不舒服、滑片、不习惯等)
👉 将由客服团队根据实际情况评估,并保留是否协助处理之决定权
3. 随机美瞳、赠品、活动赠送产品
The following cases are not eligible for after-sales service:
1. Personal preference or subjective reasons
(e.g. dislike of color, unmet expectations, visual differences from display images)
2. Personal wearing experience
(e.g. dryness, discomfort, slippage, adaptation issues),
subject to case-by-case assessment by customer service, who reserves final discretion
3. Random lenses, complimentary items, or promotional giveaways

* 本平台无法保证所有款式适合每一位顾客,购买前请充分咨询客服
