1:1 Korean Personalised Color Analysis (Non-refundable)

Event Period

Valid from 20 May 2026 – 24 May 2026 only.

Customers may select one preferred date within the event period, subject to slot availability.

Session Duration

Each session is approximately 30 minutes.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes earlier before your scheduled slot.

Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to avoid affecting the next booking.

Booking & Confirmation

• Full payment is required to secure your slot.
• Booking is only confirmed once payment has been made.
• Slots are strictly based on first come, first served basis.
• Each session is limited and carefully prepared in advance.
• Walk-ins are subject to availability only.

Rescheduling Policy

• Once confirmed booking, rescheduling is not available

Late / No-Show Policy

• Customers arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or forfeited.
• Customers who fail to attend their booked session without prior notice will be considered no-show.
• No-shows are strictly non-refundable and non-replaceable.

Refund Policy

• All bookings are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
• No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed after confirmation.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable.
• Lenses are strictly non-exchangeable once selected and redeemed.

Transferability

• Bookings are non-transferable unless prior notice is given and approved by CONS team.
• CONS reserves the right to reject unannounced replacement attendees.

General

• Limited to 15 pax per day only.
• CONS reserves the right to amend slot arrangements where necessary.
• CONS reserves the right to reject or reschedule bookings in unforeseen circumstances.
• By booking, customers agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
