CONS Social Run – Terms & Conditions

1. All participants must complete registration and full payment before joining the event.

2. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made, regardless of attendance.

3. Event merchandise and PRKIT items (including event T-shirt, towel, fan, lenses, and sponsored items) can only be redeemed on the event day:
   4 July 2026 (Saturday).

4. Event T-shirts are available in two styles:
   • Crop Tee
   • Regular T-Shirt

T-shirt styles and sizes will be distributed on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. No exchanges or changes will be entertained once redeemed.

5. Participants receiving complimentary lenses are required to indicate their lens power(s) during registration. If different lens powers are required for each box, participants must specify this clearly in the remarks section of the registration form. Failure to do so may result in both boxes being prepared according to the same power selected.

6. As this event is held in conjunction with the launch of the Moody Blue Series lenses, participants requiring prescription powers will receive Moody Blue Series lenses as part of their event entitlement. However, as the Moody Blue Series is not available in 0.00 (non-prescription) power, participants with 0.00 power will receive the Chapters Series lenses instead. Lens models, colours, and allocations are determined by the organiser and are not eligible for exchange, replacement, or custom selection.

7. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.

8. Participants acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically suitable to take part in the run.

9. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, or incident that may occur before, during, or after the event.

10. Participants are encouraged to stay hydrated, follow all safety instructions provided by event staff, and be considerate of fellow runners and members of the public.

11. By participating in the event, participants grant CONS and its event partners the rights to photograph, film, record, and capture their likeness, voice, image, and participation during the event. Participants further agree that CONS may use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, repost, distribute, and repurpose such photographs, videos, and recordings for marketing, advertising, promotional, social media, website, public relations, and other commercial or non-commercial purposes, without compensation or further approval.

12. The organiser reserves the right to amend event details, merchandise allocation, event schedule, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary.

13. By registering for and participating in the event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
